Anythign like official source?

I can understand anyone can create .appimage using the docs. But what if one just wants to use appimage. e.g. I wanted to see .appimage of simplescreenrecorder. Upong searcing - I found this.

I am wondering if thre is any offical source from where you can download apimages for various tools/app. e.g. anytign on https://appimage.org/ ?

Which site you preffered to download.

Please ask the author of that application to provide an AppImage:

We are only making the tools which application authors can use to provide AppImages of their applications.

Can you share the Appimage file of the SimpleScreenRecorder tool if you still have? I tried to compile from the source code to “Appimage” but I couldn’t succeed.
I am looking for; simplescreenrecorder-0.3.6+1.glibc2.14-x86_64.AppImage

If you don’t have it, can you tell me how I can convert to appimage?
