How can I upload YAML file to the official github repo?

Hi, I am new here and I am interested to contribute uploading two desktop applications to the official repo.
The applications are:

  • Umbrello.
  • DeSmuME.

I felt in love with the project and I want to upload more applications to the final users (if I have time…).

Who will be interested in this?
Answer: I guess the project manager and the final users.
