CoolTerm and nrf connnect appImage for Linux not working

Hi - I’ve downloaded the CoolTerm appImage and nrf Connect appImage and I’ve changed the settings to be executable. When I try to run the appImage files it creates a file named “@+@��c@8 (invalid encoding)” and then nothing happens.

Any ideas to what the issue might be?

I’m using Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

Are you on a 64-bit Intel system?

I’m using ARM (nvidia jetson nano dev kit).

Are you 100% sure that your AppImages are for the 64-bit ARM architecture then?
